Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Anywhere in Florida

Get documents notarized online, from anywhere in the state, without leaving home or office. Secure, audio-video notarization compliant with Florida law — ideal for out-of-state parties, busy professionals, multi-party closings, powers of attorney, affidavits, and any signing where the parties aren't in the same room.

Serving all 67 Florida counties · RON-Authorized · NNA-Certified · $100,000 E&O · Background-Screened · SDVOSB
Why RON

The signing happens on time — wherever everyone is.

Remote Online Notarization lets a Florida-commissioned notary verify identity and notarize documents over a secure audio-video session. The signer can be anywhere. The recording and audit trail are retained as Florida law requires.

Statewide reach

Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Tallahassee, the Panhandle, the Keys — if the signer is in Florida, the signing can happen today. No travel fee, because there's no travel.

Out-of-area parties

A seller who moved out of state, a borrower deployed overseas, an heir in another time zone. RON keeps the closing on schedule instead of waiting on overnight mail.

Same-day availability

Days, evenings, and weekends. Most RON sessions are scheduled and completed the same day the request comes in.

What We Notarize Online

Most documents that don't require wet ink.

  • Powers of attorney and healthcare directives
  • Affidavits, acknowledgments, and jurats
  • Real estate and title documents accepted for e-recording
  • Refinances, HELOCs, and other RON-eligible loan packages
  • Business and corporate documents
  • Estate-planning documents accepted for online execution

Some instruments — most notably Florida wills executed as electronic wills — carry additional statutory requirements, and some lenders and title underwriters do not yet accept RON. We confirm eligibility with your title company or lender before the session is booked.

How It Works
  • 1. Send the documents. Email your file and we confirm RON eligibility with your lender or title company.
  • 2. Verify identity. Florida requires credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication before the session.
  • 3. Meet on video. A secure audio-video session on the approved RON platform — usually 15 to 30 minutes.
  • 4. Receive the signed file. You get the notarized document with the electronic seal and journal entry; the session recording is retained per Florida law.
For Title Companies, Lenders & Law Firms

RON coverage for every Florida county, on one vendor record.

Rather than sourcing a new notary in every market, route your out-of-area and after-hours signings to a single RON-authorized, NNA-certified signing agent carrying $100,000 E&O and a current background screening. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned.
